* Bookings are only reservations until the agreed deposit is paid.
* Bookings are taken on a strictly 'first come first served' basis.
* Only one party per day is entertained.
* There are no refunds on cancelled bookings.
* The marquee booking comes with three sides and 2/3 trestle tables.
* The marquee is available to decorate from 10.30am.
* The official end to the marquee hire is 5pm unless otherwise agreed in advance.

BBQ bookings require a set time for the food to be served. Although we will be as flexible as we can, we do expect to stick to the times as agreed for staffing and clean down purposes. Please note that any vegetarian options will be cooked on the same grill as the meat options. Any dietary requirements must be discussed in advance, eg Gluten Free options. It is expected that the BBQ is cleaned thoroughly after use. Only after inspection will the £20 be refunded.

Please respect our alcohol policy - all alcohol, unless otherwise agreed in advance, must be purchased from the cafe. It is against the bylaws of Banes Council to drink alcohol in public places. The only exception to this rule is alcohol purchased from Alice Park Cafe and consumed in Alice Park.

If you require any special drinks, please advise the cafe staff in advance. An alcohol tab may be established if required. Please advise in advance. Standard cafe pricing policy is in force unless special rates have been applied, eg £2 per drink, balance paid by company etc.

We do not serve anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

* No other entertainment may be booked without the prior knowledge and approval of the Alice Park Cafe management team.
* All bookings pertain to the Alice Park Cafe part of the park.

Please note that there may be other events taking place at the same time as your party. We will always endeavour to let you know in advance. E&OE. All private parties are expected to respect the rights of other visitors to the park.

Some of our food may contain nuts and/or dairy products. A full allergen list is available upon request.
